Michele is a Certified Veterinary Technician and Director of Veterinary Nursing at Oradell Animal Hospital, where she plays an essential role in leading and supporting the hospital’s skilled nursing team. A graduate of Bergen Community College’s Veterinary Technician Program, Michele earned her Associate Degree in Applied Science and began her career at Oradell in 2008 as a Client Services Representative.
Her dedication and curiosity quickly led her to the Emergency and Critical Care Department, where she advanced from ward aide to veterinary assistant, and ultimately earned her technician credentials. Michele’s leadership abilities and deep understanding of hospital operations soon earned her a supervisory role, followed by her promotion to Patient Services Manager in 2019.
In her current position, Michele oversees all technical support staff in departments including Emergency, Critical Care, In-Hospital Care, Dentistry, Surgery, Radiology/MRI/CT, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Neurology, Rehabilitation/Cold Laser, Blood Banking, and Instruments. She is passionate about mentoring veterinary nurses and ensuring every patient receives the highest quality of care.
Michele’s journey from client services to department director is a reflection of her dedication, compassion, and commitment to the patients, clients, and team members of Oradell Animal Hospital.
