Karen joined Oradell Animal Hospital in 2003 after graduating from Bergen Community College’s Veterinary Technician Program with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science. She began her career as a veterinary assistant and quickly advanced to Certified Veterinary Technician, then to supervisor, and eventually Patient Services Manager, a role she held for 12 years.

In 2019, Karen transitioned to the Administration Team as an Executive Administrator, overseeing daily hospital operations and working closely with team members to ensure the hospital’s mission and core values are achieved. She earned her Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) credential in 2020 and recently completed her Bachelor’s in Business Administration (BBA). In 2025 Karen took over as Chief Operating Officer, a testament to her dedication to leadership, innovation, and continuous learning.

Karen is also actively involved in the veterinary management community as a Board Member of the New Jersey Veterinary Hospital Manager Association and a member of VHMA, NJVTA, and NAVTA. Her extensive experience, leadership, and dedication help ensure the hospital runs smoothly while providing the highest quality of care for pets and their families.
