Dr. Donald Schrope is a board-certified veterinary cardiologist and Chief of Cardiology at Oradell Animal Hospital. He earned both his BS in Veterinary Science and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Minnesota, then completed a rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery and a residency in cardiology at the Animal Medical Center in New York. He joined Oradell in 2002 and has since become a leading specialist in congenital heart disease and advanced cardiac care.
Dr. Schrope is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (ACVIM) in Cardiology and an active member of the AVMA and NJVMA. He is widely published in veterinary cardiology and is passionate about providing comprehensive care to patients and guidance to their families.
