Dr. Laura Eirmann is a board-certified veterinary specialist in nutrition and is a widely published expert in her field. She earned her DVM from Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine, completed a rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery at the Animal Medical Center in New York City, and pursued residency training in small animal nutrition through Tufts University, the University of Pennsylvania, Angell Animal Medical Center, and Oradell Animal Hospital.

Dr. Eirmann joined Oradell Animal Hospital in 1997. Her professional interests include weight management, chronic kidney disease, and chronic gastrointestinal disease.

She is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (Nutrition), the American Academy of Veterinary Nutrition, the Association for Pet Obesity Prevention, and the Pet Nutrition Alliance.
