That’s why, when a member of our team discusses your pet’s care with you, they’ll also discuss the cost of that care before services are performed so you know exactly what’s involved. For office appointments and outpatient visits, payment is required when services are provided.
If your pet needs surgery or hospitalization, we’ll provide an estimate of the anticipated costs in advance and review it with you. A deposit of the low end of the treatment plan is required before or at the time of admission. The balance is due when your pet is discharged.
Pet insurance can provide peace of mind if your pet needs surgery or other more intensive treatments. Some plans cover routine wellness care, too.
