Payment & Insurance Options
We encourage you to discuss fees and payment methods before services are performed. If you have any questions or concerns about your estimate or bill, please reach out to our finance representatives at (201)-262-0010 ext. 205
Appointments & Outpatient Visits
Visits must be paid in full at the time services are rendered.
If your pet is admitted for hospitalization you will receive an estimate outlining the anticipated costs of diagnosis and treatment. Upon admission, we require a deposit equal to the low end of the estimate. Payment in full is required when your pet is discharged from the hospital.
Charges For Hospitalization May Include:
- Daily hospitalization fees
- Daily examination charges
- Laboratory tests
- X-rays or other diagnostic procedures
- Special procedures
Emergencies, injuries and illnesses can happen in the blink of an eye and are typically associated with higher costs for diagnosis and treatment. Pet insurance may be a good option because it reimburses you for unexpected expenses – all while reducing the stress of decision making during difficult situations.
We are happy to assist you with completing your pet insurance claim form and will submit it to your insurance carrier with a copy of the applicable invoice/s. Please note, Oradell Animal Hospital will not accept, or attempt to collect any form of payment from your insurance company.
