Our holiday fundraiser was a huge success as we raised more than $6,000 for the Save U.S. Pets Foundation, Inc.
Save U.S. Pets Foundation, Inc. is an independent, all-volunteer 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization dedicated to ensuring that no pet is denied lifesaving veterinary treatment because of its owner’s inability to pay. Despite the continued generous efforts of many veterinarians, thousands of people and their pets still face economic barriers to life-saving medical treatment each year. Each year, as many as 100,000 pets in New Jersey alone were receiving less than the required veterinary care because their owners could not afford essential treatments.

Beanie Mae is a “Saved U.S. Pet”
Beanie Mae, a French Bulldog and Boston Terrier mix, was 4 1/2 years old when her people discovered a growth in her mouth.
With help from Save U.S. Pets Foundation, Beanie Mae had the growth biopsied and removed, and she’s back in action at home with her buddies Yum-Yum (an Australian Terrier) and five cats. According to her relieved ‘mom,’ “Beanie is so full of life all the time. She jumps as high as the kitchen counter tops and is the first one to greet you at the door. She loves chasing the squirrels out of the yard and going for walks around the reservoir. Beanie loves lying in front of the fire and is the first to curl up on the couch with me. I love her so much. Without the help of the Foundation I would not have been able to do her surgery and biopsy. Fortunately her results were good and now we all live happily together. She brings me so much joy I can’t imagine life without her.”
